自1980年台湾成立新竹科技园以来,该园区一直是台湾经济发展的重要支撑之一。但是自2000年以来,新竹科技园步入了下滑通道,一些企业效益下降,部分企业甚至倒闭。本文利用模块化、产业生命周期等原理,分析园区衰落的主要原因,最后提出几点启示。
自1980年檯灣成立新竹科技園以來,該園區一直是檯灣經濟髮展的重要支撐之一。但是自2000年以來,新竹科技園步入瞭下滑通道,一些企業效益下降,部分企業甚至倒閉。本文利用模塊化、產業生命週期等原理,分析園區衰落的主要原因,最後提齣幾點啟示。
자1980년태만성립신죽과기완이래,해완구일직시태만경제발전적중요지탱지일。단시자2000년이래,신죽과기완보입료하활통도,일사기업효익하강,부분기업심지도폐。본문이용모괴화、산업생명주기등원리,분석완구쇠락적주요원인,최후제출궤점계시。
Since 1980 Hsinchu Science Park has been established in Taiwan, the park has been an important support for Taiwan's economic development. However, since 2000 year, Hsinchu Science Park gradually de- clined, some companies benefit dropped, Some enterprises even bankruptcy. In this paper, the author use Modular theory and industry life cycle theory to analyze the main reason for the decline of the park. Including modular reducing barriers to entry and lead to fierce internal competition. Industrial upgrade facing a "glass ceiling" di- lemma. Taiwan's industrial "premature" lead to overly depend on external markets. The land preferential policy is diminishing, and so on.
