盾构姿态控制是城市地铁施工中的关键环节,棱镜法是常用的测量手段,而控制点的布设将影响测量精度。阐述采用坐标转换方法的盾构导向系统解算过程与精度分析;根据误差理论对拟选方案进行比较分析,探讨棱镜控制点的优化布设原则与实施方案。分析结果认为:在有限的盾构机空间内,尽量将网型布设得合理,可提高工作精度;优化布设的准则是将棱镜控制点间距尽可能拉大,并均匀布置在盾构中轴线两侧,且使它们之间有相应的高差。

Shield attitude control is a key factor in the construction of urban subways.The prism method is a commonly used method of measurement,and the layout of control points will affect the accuracy of measurement.This paper uses the coordinate transformation method of a shield-driven system to examine the process and to analyze precision.According to error theory,a comparative analysis of the proposed scheme is made that considers the principle of layout optimization and executes a solution for the prism control points.The results show that,in the limited space of the shield machine,the layout of control points is one of the best ways to improve the resulting accuracy.The rule to achieve optimized layout is to widen the spacing of prism control points as much as possible,and to arrange them evenly on both sides of the central axis of the shield,to make a corresponding difference between them.
