物流信息系统是增强企业核心竞争优势的一个非常重要的环节。本文在分析制造执行系统物流数据采集的需求与选择的基础上,开发基于RFID的制造执行系统数据采集的一体化信息管理关键技术,重点探讨了基于RFID的制造执行系统数据采集的一体化信息平台优化模型。结果表明,信息管理的关键技术和信息平台的优化模型能够较好地解决企业的工业化与信息化融合,为进一步解决现代物流系统问题提供了有益的方法和方向。

Logistics information system is a very important link to enhance the enterprise core competitive advantage.In this paper,basic manufacturing execution system of logistics demand and choice of data acquisition in the analysis,the key technology in the development of integrated information management system of data acquisition based on RFID manufacturing,focusing on the optimization model of integrative information platform to perform data acquisition system based on RFID manufacturing.The results show that,the optimization model of information management and key technology of information platform can solve the integration of industrialization and informatization of enterprise,provides the method and the direction beneficial to solve the problems of modern logistics system.
