This text analyzed trust crisis of university library reader,expatiated the main causes and the direct causes of trust crisis.According to the construction of reciprocal diffusion system model,a phase trajectory analysis was adopted to analyze the stability of the equilibrium point,then analyzed the variation of readers＇ number who took different trust strategies in the process of trust crisis.
