＂Live ideological education＂ was an important content of the PLA ideological and political work in 1960s, got the full recognition and attention from the central government and learned and promoted countrywide. ＂People＇s Daily＂, ＂Liberation Army Daily Red Flag＂ and other authoritative media played a pivotal role in promoting the propaganda and learning of ＂Live ideological education＂ campaign countrywide. By the influence of domestic political situation, the propaganda and learning of ＂living ideological education＂ campaign showed a sig- nificant stage characteristic. The historical lessons of ＂living ideological education＂ campaign is worthy of serious- ly summing up.
