通过山东及其它主产省苹果生产成本与收益横向比较、山东省内农作物横向比较以及2004年以来苹果生产成本与收益纵向比较,结果显示：山东省苹果产业是一个高投入高产出的产业;大量的化肥及农药投入,不仅大大提高了生产成本,也造成了土壤酸化等环境问题,对苹果生产的长期发展造成威胁;传统的生产模式造成人工成本居高不下,越来越制约苹果产业的持续发展;山东苹果生产的成本利润率不高。为此,必须积极改革传统生产模式,稳步发展矮砧密集栽培,引导果农对传统的密植园进行改造,并壮大合作组织。

According to the horizontal comparison of apple production cost and gain between Shandong and other main producing province, of crops in Shandong province, and vertical comparison of apple production cost and gain in Shandong province since 2004,we can concluded that apple industry is a industry of high invest- ment and high yield in Shandong province, and a lot of fertilizer and pesticide inputs, not only greatly increased the cost of production, but also caused environmental problems such as soil acidification, pose threat to the long-term development of the apple production. High labor cost is caused by the traditional mode of produc- tion, which has restricted the sustainable development of the apple industry. The cost margin of apple production in Shandong is not high. To this end, we must actively reform the traditional mode of production, development of dwarf rootstock intensive cultivation steadily, and to guide the farmers to transform the traditional close plantin, finally strengthen cooperation organization.
