内容提要：大学生文化传播领域知识产权侵权频繁，这种现象与《国家知识产权战略纲要》目标和创新型国家建设的目标背道而驰，分析了大学生文化传播领域知识产权侵权的原因，在此基础上提出预防和减少大学生文化传播领域侵权行为的措施与对策，对我国知识产权战略实施的促进和推动具有重要意义。

Intellectual property is frequently infringed in the culture dissemination areas of college students, this phenomenon is contrary to the goal of the National Intellectual Property Strategy and the aim of building an innovation-oriented country. This paper analyses the reason of IP infringement of college students in culture dissemination areas and put forward some suggestions to prevent and reduce IP infiingement of college students,which is of great importance to promote the implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy in China.
