采用内容分析法．以1999—2011年间“优秀博士学位论文”指导教师发表的有关导师指导研究生的文献为样本，在Kram导师指导职能模型的基础上，提炼总结了优博导师的指导经验和方法，建构研究生导师指导职能模型，提炼导师指导的关键要素。研究结论将为导师指导研究生提供借鉴参考，为研究生培养单位的导师培训和导师测评工作提供思路。
採用內容分析法．以1999—2011年間“優秀博士學位論文”指導教師髮錶的有關導師指導研究生的文獻為樣本，在Kram導師指導職能模型的基礎上，提煉總結瞭優博導師的指導經驗和方法，建構研究生導師指導職能模型，提煉導師指導的關鍵要素。研究結論將為導師指導研究生提供藉鑒參攷，為研究生培養單位的導師培訓和導師測評工作提供思路。
채용내용분석법．이1999—2011년간“우수박사학위논문”지도교사발표적유관도사지도연구생적문헌위양본，재Kram도사지도직능모형적기출상，제련총결료우박도사적지도경험화방법，건구연구생도사지도직능모형，제련도사지도적관건요소。연구결론장위도사지도연구생제공차감삼고，위연구생배양단위적도사배훈화도사측평공작제공사로。
Based on the articles related with the mentors of students who got the Excellent doctoral dissertations during 1999-2011, this research concluded the mentoring experience and methods of these mentors and builded a mentoring model based on the mentoring model by Kram, using the content analysis. The results of this study would provide the mentors with more sights about cultivating students and the graduate schools with more methods.
