民国时期，我国学术史研究的范式和领域较之清代大有扩展，既出现了梁启超、钱穆等学术史家，也涌现出了一大批优秀成果。民国时期是我国学术史研究的承前启后、贯通中西的重要阶段。但由于时代的局限，学术史研究也受到了一定的制约。总结民国时期学术史研究的得失，将有助于我们更好地弘扬学术史研究的优良传统和促进新时代学术的发展。

Compared to the Qing Dynasty, the paradigm and fields of academic history research in the Republic of China expanded. Liang Qichao, Qian Mu and other academic historians, and a large number of excellent academic results emerged. The period of the Republic of China is an im- portant stage of academic history research which inherited the past, ushered in the future, and linked China with the western countries. However, due to the limitations of the times, academic his- tory research was subjected to certain constraints. Summarizing the success and failure of the academic history research in the period of the Republic of China will help us to better carry forward the fine tradition of the academic history research and promote the development of academy in contemporary era.
