医德是医学生必须具备的基本素质,亦是社会和医疗卫生事业发展的需要。医德的培养需要构建全方位的、立体的、联动的机制,贯穿于医学生在校的全过程。重视发挥专业教师的育人作用,在班级建设、党群职能部门及图书馆的工作中都应重视医德教育。
醫德是醫學生必鬚具備的基本素質,亦是社會和醫療衛生事業髮展的需要。醫德的培養需要構建全方位的、立體的、聯動的機製,貫穿于醫學生在校的全過程。重視髮揮專業教師的育人作用,在班級建設、黨群職能部門及圖書館的工作中都應重視醫德教育。
의덕시의학생필수구비적기본소질,역시사회화의료위생사업발전적수요。의덕적배양수요구건전방위적、입체적、련동적궤제,관천우의학생재교적전과정。중시발휘전업교사적육인작용,재반급건설、당군직능부문급도서관적공작중도응중시의덕교육。
Medical ethics is the essential quality that medical students must be equipped with,it is also the need of the development of the society as well as the medical and health course.The cultivation of the ethies depends on the building of an all-round,three-dimensional and interactive mechanism,and it should run through the campus life of the medical students.Great attention should be paid to professional teachers＇ educating role,and to the education of medical ethics in the working of class building,the functional departments and the library.
