基于2000-2011年西部地区省际面板数据，从金融深化、金融效率和金融结构三个层面实证研究了金融发展、区际产业转移与承接地技术进步的关系。研究发现：（1）西部地区金融深化水平和金融市场结构，能够促进区际产业转移正向的技术溢出，而金融效率低下不能很好地引发积极的技术溢出；（2）不同发展水平的金融支持下，区际产业转移对西部地区各省份的技术溢出存在明显的地区差异；（3）区际产业转移对承接地技术进步存在基于金融深化、金融效率和金融结构的“门槛效应”。

Based on the provincial panel data from the west areas over the 2000 - 2011 period, we conduct empirical study on the relationship among financial development, inter - regional industry transfer and technology advance in the inflow area from three aspects, financial deepening, financial efficiency and financial structure. The study finds that：（ 1 ） the level of financial deepening and financial market structure in the west areas can promote positive technology spillover in inter- regional industry transfer, low financial efficiency could not better lead to active technology spillover; （2） by financial support at different development level, inter- regional industry transfer has obvious regional difference on technology spillover in various provinces in the west areas; （3） and inter- regional industry transfer has ＂threshold effect＂ on financial deepening, financial efficiency and financial structure of the technology advance in the inflow region.
