采用问卷调查法和计量分析法，对案例点农户的公益林区划意愿进行了实地调查与分析，结果显示：农户的文化程度、家庭年人均收入和农户心态对公益林区划意愿具有显著性影响，并对各项因素分别做了具体分析，最后提出了进一步保护和发展天保工程区公益林的相关建议。
採用問捲調查法和計量分析法，對案例點農戶的公益林區劃意願進行瞭實地調查與分析，結果顯示：農戶的文化程度、傢庭年人均收入和農戶心態對公益林區劃意願具有顯著性影響，併對各項因素分彆做瞭具體分析，最後提齣瞭進一步保護和髮展天保工程區公益林的相關建議。

This paper used questionnaire and measurement analysis to investigated and analyzed zoning desire of ru-ral household on public welfare forest in case points, got a conclusion that degree of education, rural household an-nual income per capita and state of mind put significant impact on zoning desire toward public welfare forest, and specifically analyzed rural households＇ each factor respectively, then put some suggestions about further protection and promotion for public welfare forest.
