在印刷和包装生产工艺中,纸张含水量的正确分析及处理,对于提高纸张的力学性能和印刷适性,提高彩色印刷品的套印精度,提高包装盒强度等都起到重要的作用。为了研究环境湿度对纸张含水量及纸张力学性能的影响,使用恒温恒湿试验箱调节环境湿度来改变纸张的含水量,通过测量纸张的力学性能来表征含水量对纸张力学性能影响的变化趋势。实验结果表明:在同一环境湿度下,不同纸张的含水量不同,但纸张含水量随着环境湿度的增大而增大,在相对湿度达到60%~70%时,纸张含水量变化速率最大;纸张的抗张强度随含水量的增加而逐渐降低;而纸张的耐折度、撕裂度则随含水量的增加而逐渐提高。

In printing and packaging production process, analyzing the paper moisture content correctly plays an important role to improve the mechanical properties of paper, printing eligibility, color print accuracy and the packaging strength. This topic is to study the environmental humidity on the mechanical behavior of paper and paper moisture content, the moisture content of paper was adjusted by changing environmental humidity by using constant temperature and humidity test chamber, and the mechanical properties of paper were measured to characterize the changing trends of impact on the mechanical properties of paper. Data show that under the same environmental humidity, the moisture contents of different kinds of paper are different, but the paper moisture content increases with the increase of environmental humidity, when RH is in the range of 60% to 70% , the rate of change of water content is the fastest. With the increase of water content, the paper tensile strength gradually decreased, at the same time, paper folding resistance and tear strength are increasing.
