中国-东盟经贸合作的不断深化，催生着彼此间加强金融合作的需要。目前既有金融当局间的合作，也有市场参与主体问的合作。金融当局间的合作主要目的是减少彼此间合作的政策壁垒、制度障碍；金融市场参与主体间的合作目的是为实现最小风险下的收益最大化。但目前的合作大多停留在制度框架的搭建层面上，其内涵建设少，合作程度偏低。今后应着重从地缘政治、区域金融合作的经济基础以及现有区域金融合作自身机制等方面考虑，逐步深化中国-东盟区域金融合作。

China - ASEAN economic and trade cooperation is deepening, which gives birth to both party＇ s needs for strengthening financial cooperation. Currently, there exists cooperation between financial authorities and between market participants as well. The main purpose of cooperation between financial authorities is to reduee the policy harriers and institutional barriers in the mu- tual cooperation, and the main objective of financial cooperation between market participants is to maximize returns and minimize risks. However, cooperation mostly stays in the building level of institutional framework with less connotation eonstruetion and lower level of cooperation. The future should focus on geopolitics, economic base of regional financial eooperation as well as exist- ing regional financial cooperation mechanisms to gradually deepen China -ASEAN financial cooperation.
