作为数字时代高效率的著作权传播方式，著作权授权要约模式符合许可使用合同的成立要件。这种模式体现了著作权人私权利益与社会公众传播和分享利益平衡的理念，极大地降低了交易成本。但著作权授权要约模式也存在困境，故至今推广不足，需要通过法律机制创新、与数字权利管理整合来发展应用。

However, copyright authorization offer mode still has some de- fects that limit its generalization. For further development and wide application, it demands the integra- tion of legal system innovation and digital rights management.
