本文采用突变级数法从社会成熟度、环境成熟度、经济成熟度和技术成熟度4个方面对我国18个煤炭资源型地区的低碳经济转型成熟度进行实证分析。分析结果表明：山西、河南、内蒙、云南、贵州、新疆6省处于低碳经济转型的发展期;安徽、江西、湖南等其余12个省处于低碳经济转型的成熟期。并针对分析结果提出相应提高各地区低碳经济转型成熟度的对策。
本文採用突變級數法從社會成熟度、環境成熟度、經濟成熟度和技術成熟度4箇方麵對我國18箇煤炭資源型地區的低碳經濟轉型成熟度進行實證分析。分析結果錶明：山西、河南、內矇、雲南、貴州、新疆6省處于低碳經濟轉型的髮展期;安徽、江西、湖南等其餘12箇省處于低碳經濟轉型的成熟期。併針對分析結果提齣相應提高各地區低碳經濟轉型成熟度的對策。
본문채용돌변급수법종사회성숙도、배경성숙도、경제성숙도화기술성숙도4개방면대아국18개매탄자원형지구적저탄경제전형성숙도진행실증분석。분석결과표명：산서、하남、내몽、운남、귀주、신강6성처우저탄경제전형적발전기;안휘、강서、호남등기여12개성처우저탄경제전형적성숙기。병침대분석결과제출상응제고각지구저탄경제전형성숙도적대책。
Catastrophe progression method was used from four expects：social maturity,environmental maturity,economic maturity and technical maturity.Its aim was to empirically analyze the maturity of low-carbon economies in transformation of 18 coal resources regions.The results showed that：Shanxi,Henan,Neimeng,Yunnan,Guizhou and Xinjiang were in the period of development in a low carbon economy transformation,Anhui,Jiangxi and other 12 provinces were in the period of maturity of the low carbon economy transformation.And according to the results,corresponding countermeasures were put out to increase the maturity of regional low carbon economy transformation.
