为了解温度对光倒刺鲃胚胎发育的影响,观察了在3种温度条件下光倒刺鲃胚胎发育的过程.结果表明:在17℃条件下,胚胎不能完成发育过程;在23℃~25℃及24℃~27℃条件下,胚胎能正常发育,且孵化率均超过95%;在一定的温度范围内,较高的水温条件使胚胎发育阶段时程缩短.24℃~27℃条件下胚胎畸形率稍高,但与23℃~25℃条件相比差异不显著.
為瞭解溫度對光倒刺鲃胚胎髮育的影響,觀察瞭在3種溫度條件下光倒刺鲃胚胎髮育的過程.結果錶明:在17℃條件下,胚胎不能完成髮育過程;在23℃~25℃及24℃~27℃條件下,胚胎能正常髮育,且孵化率均超過95%;在一定的溫度範圍內,較高的水溫條件使胚胎髮育階段時程縮短.24℃~27℃條件下胚胎畸形率稍高,但與23℃~25℃條件相比差異不顯著.

The paper observed Embryonic development of Spinibarbus hollandi in different temperatures,and found out that Embryonic development failed in 17 ℃ while succeeded in 23 ℃ to 25 ℃ and 24 ℃ to 27 ℃,and both hatchability was over 95%.The paper also found out that rate of Fetal malformation is a little high in 24 ℃ to 27 ℃,while the difference was not significant between 23 ℃ to 25 ℃ and 24 ℃ to 27 ℃.
