目前我国农村职业教育发展中存在的问题不少。比如缺乏相应的法律法规保障,投入到农村职业教育中的资金匮乏,企业参与的动力不足,职业教育吸引力不强等等。这些问题存在的原因之一是农村职业教育体系的各方主体（包括政府、企业、教育机构及教育对象）职责模糊不清。应通过法律明确和强化其主体职责,并给予各种法律保障,让他们各司其职,各担其责,从而达到加快发展农村职业教育的目的。

Problems in the development of rural vocational education,such as lack of funds in vocational education in rural areas,appropriate laws and regulations,and the participation of enterprises and the attraction of vocational education are caused by the blurred responsibilities on the main bodies of government,enterprises,education institutes and the objects of education.By clarifying the regulation,intensifying their main roles and a variety of legal protection,the main bodies will be able to perform their duties and achieve the purpose of speeding up the development of vocational education in rural areas.
