激光熔覆技术是近年来发展起来的一种先进的新型表面处理技术.激光熔覆表面强化技术处理零件复杂、熔覆层性能优良、加工材料范围广泛、可广泛应用于复杂零件的修复,具有广阔的应用前景.但裂纹仍然是该技术领域急需解决的问题,有待进一步突破.介绍激光熔覆成形技术的原理、特点和应用,指出该技术存在的问题,并对其发展方向进行预测和展望.
激光鎔覆技術是近年來髮展起來的一種先進的新型錶麵處理技術.激光鎔覆錶麵彊化技術處理零件複雜、鎔覆層性能優良、加工材料範圍廣汎、可廣汎應用于複雜零件的脩複,具有廣闊的應用前景.但裂紋仍然是該技術領域急需解決的問題,有待進一步突破.介紹激光鎔覆成形技術的原理、特點和應用,指齣該技術存在的問題,併對其髮展方嚮進行預測和展望.

Laser cladding is a novel advanced surface processing technology developed in recent years. The technologies of laser cladding surface modification has the characteristics such as capable of processing complex components with better microstructure and properties of cladding layer, wider applied category of processing materials. Therefore,it can be widely used in the repairing of complex components and has an extensive application prospect. However, cracking are still the ur- gent problems yet to be further broken through. The principle, characteristics and application of laser cladding forming were introduced. The problems existing in this technology were proposed and the development direction of this technology was prospected and predicted.
