在pH=7.40的缓冲溶液中合成了钆酪氨酸配合物(Gd(Tyr)3),采用UV光谱法、IR光谱法、荧光光谱法对其进行表征,探讨了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用.以甲基橙为探针,研究了钆配合物Gd(Tyr)3与DNA的作用方式.红外分析表明:配合物羧基的特征吸收峰位置为1677cm-1,与单纯的氨基酸的峰值发生了变化,可以说明配体氨基酸与金属离子发生了一定的配位作用.甲基橙体积增加,DNA~Gd(Ⅲ)(Tyr)3体系在551nm处的荧光强度逐渐降低,可能是与该体系中的DNA发生了相互作用.
在pH=7.40的緩遲溶液中閤成瞭釓酪氨痠配閤物(Gd(Tyr)3),採用UV光譜法、IR光譜法、熒光光譜法對其進行錶徵,探討瞭配閤物與小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用.以甲基橙為探針,研究瞭釓配閤物Gd(Tyr)3與DNA的作用方式.紅外分析錶明:配閤物羧基的特徵吸收峰位置為1677cm-1,與單純的氨基痠的峰值髮生瞭變化,可以說明配體氨基痠與金屬離子髮生瞭一定的配位作用.甲基橙體積增加,DNA~Gd(Ⅲ)(Tyr)3體繫在551nm處的熒光彊度逐漸降低,可能是與該體繫中的DNA髮生瞭相互作用.

In this paper, gadolinium- tyrosine complex (Gd(Tyr)3 was synthesized in buffer solution of pH: 7.40. The sample was characterized by UV spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy. The results suggest that the in- teraction mode between Gd( Ⅲ )(Tyr)3 complex and calf thymus DNA are groove binding and intercalation binding. Using methyl orange as a probe, we studied the interaction mode between the complexes of tyrosine and calf thymus DNA. Infrared analysis showed that the characteristics of complex carboxyl absorption peak position of 1 677cm-1 was changed and it can be explained the coordination of certain ligand amino acids and metal ions. Increase the volume of the methyl orange, DNA - Gd ( Ⅲ ) (Tyr)3 system in the 551 nm fluorescence intensity gradually decreased, it may be the result of interaction with the sys- tem of DNA.
