以“豫王-23”为材料,采用室内水培实验,研究了不同浓度水杨酸(SA)处理对玉米幼苗抗寒性的影响.结果表明:冷胁迫下,玉米幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量及根系活力显著降低,可溶性糖、Pro、MDA含量以及SOD、POD活性显著升高(P〈O.01);外施SA后显著提高了玉米幼苗叶片中可溶性糖、叶绿素、Pro含量及SOD、POD的活性,降低了膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量(P〈0.01).SA可以缓解冷胁迫对玉米幼苗的伤害,且1.0mmol/LSA的缓解效果最佳.

Using corn "yuwang- 23"as the material, effects of salicylic acid of different concentrations on the ability of freezing tolerance of corn seedling were studied by hydroponic culture. The results showed as follows: under corn stress, the content of chlorophyll and the root activity were significantly decreased than those of control. The contents of proline, solu- ble sugar, MDA and the activities of SOD and POD were significantly increased(P〈0.01). Exogenous SA application on the root significantly increased the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and proline, while the root activity and the activi- ties of SOD and POD were significantly increased. The content of malonaldehyde (produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) was significantly decreased when the corn seedlings were suffered from low- temperature stress for 2 d(P〈0. 01). Exoge- nous SA could mitigate the harmful effects from low -temperature stress on corn seedling, and the effect of 1.0 mmol/L SA was optimal.
