采用文献资料法，对近五十年来篮球运动特征变异与篮球竞赛规则的演变关系进行分析，指出篮球规则的每一次修改对篮球运动技战术的发展及篮球运动特征都产生了深远的影响，促进了一些新特征的产生与发展．同时特征变异的出现也反作用于篮球规则，促进其进一步完善．由此揭示篮球运动特征变异和篮球规则演变存在着几个辩证关系：建设性和批判性的辨证统一、创新性和继承性的辩证统一、多样性与导向性的辩证统一．

By methods of documents and materials to analysis the characteristics of basketball movement in recent 50 years relationship between variation and evolution of basketball rules, points out that every modification of the rules of basketball skills and tactics of basketball development and characteristics of basketball has had a profound effect, promote the emergence and development of a number of new features. Characteristic variation also reaction to the emergence of the basketball rules,promoting their further improvement.
