随着科学技术的发展,金融票证的载体形式出现了纸质、实物形式和电子形式。不同的金融票证伪造行为模式存在差异,信用卡的伪造包括形式伪造和内容伪造,非信用卡的其他金融票证的伪造仅包括内容伪造。根据实质解释和客观解释的观点,只有纸质或实物形式才是金融票证的有效载体。伪造金融票证罪系结果犯,其犯罪既遂的标准系伪造金融票证行为完成且伪造的纸质或实物金融票证形成。
隨著科學技術的髮展,金融票證的載體形式齣現瞭紙質、實物形式和電子形式。不同的金融票證偽造行為模式存在差異,信用卡的偽造包括形式偽造和內容偽造,非信用卡的其他金融票證的偽造僅包括內容偽造。根據實質解釋和客觀解釋的觀點,隻有紙質或實物形式纔是金融票證的有效載體。偽造金融票證罪繫結果犯,其犯罪既遂的標準繫偽造金融票證行為完成且偽造的紙質或實物金融票證形成。

As science and technology develops, there appear three forms of financial instruments, in- cluding paper, card and electronic. Forgery of different financial instruments presents different patterns. For example, credit cards can be counterfeited both in form and content, while other instruments which are non-credit cards can only be forged by altering their contents. According to material and objective in- terpretation, instruments only in the form of paper or cards can be conceived as being valid. Forging finan- cial instruments is appraised as one of consequential offenses. Only completing the forgery and meanwhile making fictitious instruments in form of paper or card can be referred as an accomplished crime.
