当现代战争进入全民动员的整体战时代后，战时宣传活动就成为其不可或缺的一部分，也是一个决定胜败的重要因素。对于艰苦漫长的中国抗日战争来说，情况同样如此。国际反侵略运动中国分会作为一个以动员民众、积聚抗战力量为主要目标，并且具有浓厚官方背景的社会团体，充分利用了其与国民政府的密切关系，并发挥了会员成分多样性及地方组织完备性等优势，积极开展战时宣传与社会动员工作，为抗日战争的最终胜利做出了一定贡献。

당현대전쟁진입전민동원적정체전시대후，전시선전활동취성위기불가혹결적일부분，야시일개결정성패적중요인소。대우간고만장적중국항일전쟁래설，정황동양여차。국제반침략운동중국분회작위일개이동원민음、적취항전역량위주요목표，병차구유농후관방배경적사회단체，충분이용료기여국민정부적밀절관계，병발휘료회원성분다양성급지방조직완비성등우세，적겁개전전시선전여사회동원공작，위항일전쟁적최종성리주출료일정공헌。
When modern wars turned into the whole war era which needs nationwide mobilization, the wartime propaganda became an integral part gradually, and it＇s also an important factor to win the war. For the hard Anti-Japanese War in China, it was also the same story. The Chinese branch of International Campaign Against Aggres-sion whose main target was to mobilize the public and gather resistance forces of the war, and had strong official background, made full use of its close relationship with the Nationalist Government, and in the meantime it took the advantages of membership diversity and completeness of local tissue etc, and carried out wartime propaganda and social mobilization actively. All these actions made the certain contributions to the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
