绿道规划和建设在我国已经起步。结合国内绿道规划理论和实践中存在的一些模糊认识，探讨了绿道功能复杂性、绿道规划的性质与目标、绿道空间尺度与规划层次、绿道规划技术指标等绿道规划中涉及的四个基本问题，期望有助于我国绿道规划理论的探索和实践。

In China, the planning and construction of greenway have already begun. But theoretically and practically, there still exist some vague understandings about it in China. Aiming to promote the theoretical study and practical work of the of greenway planning, this article seeks to explore four fundamental issues of the green-ways and their planning, including the functional complexity of the greenways, the properties and goals of the plan-ning, the scale and planning levels of the greenway space, and the technical index system of planning used in the practices.
