随着现代远程教育的迅速发展，教育质量引发全社会的关注。教学模式的改变需要教学与管理改革，建立和完善相关的政策法规和科学有效的检查评估机制。加强学校内部管理机制，保证教学环节的落实。整合教学资源充分发挥教学平台的作用是主要措施。保证现代远程教育质量，必须从外部（教育行政部门）和内部（学校）两个方面加强质量保证体系建设。
隨著現代遠程教育的迅速髮展，教育質量引髮全社會的關註。教學模式的改變需要教學與管理改革，建立和完善相關的政策法規和科學有效的檢查評估機製。加彊學校內部管理機製，保證教學環節的落實。整閤教學資源充分髮揮教學平檯的作用是主要措施。保證現代遠程教育質量，必鬚從外部（教育行政部門）和內部（學校）兩箇方麵加彊質量保證體繫建設。
수착현대원정교육적신속발전，교육질량인발전사회적관주。교학모식적개변수요교학여관리개혁，건립화완선상관적정책법규화과학유효적검사평고궤제。가강학교내부관리궤제，보증교학배절적락실。정합교학자원충분발휘교학평태적작용시주요조시。보증현대원정교육질량，필수종외부（교육행정부문）화내부（학교）량개방면가강질량보증체계건설。
With the rapid development of modern distance education, more and more attention has been paid to educational quality. Changes of teaching model need corresponding reform in teaching and manage- ment. Therefore, it is an important safeguard to establish and improve related policies, regulations, scien- tific and effective inspection and evaluation mechanism. The main measures are： strengthening internal management mechanism, implementing the teaching procedures, integrating teaching resources and making good use of the teaching platform. To guarantee the quality of distance education, it is necessary to strengthen construction of quality assurance system in both internal （the school） and external （education administrative department） ways.
