Social Credit; Lack; The Path of Rule of Law
在中国当前社会转型时期，诚信缺失已经成为一个严重的社会问题。诚信与法治具有内在的统一性，诚信应建立在法治的基础之上，必须依靠法律制度作保障。要高度重视法治建设在社会诚信建设中的积极作用，从立法、司法、执法、普法、监督等各个环节、各个层面推动社会诚信建设。
在中國噹前社會轉型時期，誠信缺失已經成為一箇嚴重的社會問題。誠信與法治具有內在的統一性，誠信應建立在法治的基礎之上，必鬚依靠法律製度作保障。要高度重視法治建設在社會誠信建設中的積極作用，從立法、司法、執法、普法、鑑督等各箇環節、各箇層麵推動社會誠信建設。
재중국당전사회전형시기，성신결실이경성위일개엄중적사회문제。성신여법치구유내재적통일성，성신응건립재법치적기출지상，필수의고법률제도작보장。요고도중시법치건설재사회성신건설중적적겁작용，종입법、사법、집법、보법、감독등각개배절、각개층면추동사회성신건설。
In China, in the current period of social transition, lack of social credit becomes a serious social problem. Social credit and the rule of law have internal unity, and social credit should be established on the basis of the rule of law, which must depend on the legal system as a guarantee. We must attach great importance to the positive role of the construction of rule of law in the con- struction of social credit and to promote the construction of social credit from these links and levels including the legislation, judicial, law enforcement, popularization of legal, supervision and so on.
