通过调查分析德国的人口统计数据，对德国再城市化问题做了相关研究。通过观察德国城乡人口在2000—2010年这十年间的变化趋势可以看到，德国出现了普遍性的由郊区化转为再城市化的发展趋势，但各个地区却又体现出不同的特点。德国的再城市化既有德国产业结构调整和社会变迁的因素，也要归因于各级政府为振兴中心城区所采取的措施。

In recent years, the reurbanization has been more and more discussed in Germany. This essay conducts a re- lated research on this issue by investigating and analyzing the statistical data of German population. By observing the changing trend of rural and urban population in Germany between 2000 and 2010, it can be drawn that a broadly trend from suburbani- zation to reurbanization has taken place in Germany. However, different areas have revealed different characteristics. The reur- banization of Germany can be explained by the industrial restruc- turing and social change of Germany, and also be ascribed to the measures taken by the governments to revitalize the downtowns.
