效率与人性是管理学诞生百年以来的两条研究主线。两者在组织与管理的逻辑依据中分别表现为计算与情感两种基础要素.在正式组织与非正式组织中分别构筑了线状的理性控制系统及网状的情感价值系统.其相互作用构成了管理逻辑悖论的“黑箱”。两种组织逻辑的分裂是效率与人性两条管理学主线分离的深层次原因。在组织局部秩序内通过适当的干预过程,可以形成双重系统聚合性的主导逻辑.建构情感逻辑与计算逻辑的组织内耦合机制。本研究深化和拓展了情感、直觉、伦理等非理性因素在组织与管理研究中的空间及价值.对于化解情感与计算两种组织逻辑悖论导致的管理实践问题.缓和效率与人性在组织管理中的矛盾具有现实意义。

There are two kinds of management logic in organization, one is emotional logic, and the other is caleulative logic, which respectively constructs the emotional value system and the rational control system of organization life. The real action logic of organization members of is a game under mixed rules based on specific action system. This paper draws lessons from Chinese ancient management experience, such as "the double track system organization" in social control and "enlightening mediation" in the judicial process, which we use to investigation organization problem, and construct the coupling mechanism of the dual control logics in organization. Research shows that organization members exchange to each other consultatively with to their respective resources. Under the rules of conscious control, all of the participants in the game are able to develop a kind of directional sense of cooperation, which makes the system toward the direction of the collective action. The mission of the management of organization is to give prudent intervention in countless local order, stimulate the group cooperation consciousness, and make its various dispersion goal generating directional polymerization. The clear definition of emotional value system in organization is an important complement to the current scientific management theory and also improves the status of irrational factors such as feelings, emotions, intuition, beliefs and so on in management research.
