广州市康智乐务中心通过创建智障学员招募评估系统、职业康复训练服务系统和训练后续跟踪系统的“三大系统”，探索出了一套以职业训练与身体康复相融合、职业康复与辅助性就业相配合、短期与中长期训练相结合的服务模式，并通过推行“三三三”制养老保险计划获得一定程度的社会保障。借鉴广州市康智乐务中心的这种服务模式，文章认为，在政策的支持下，通过民非企机构对就业年龄阶段的轻中度成年智障人士，在提供职业康复训练的同时开展辅助性就业的服务模式，是一种可行和有效的就业途径，可大幅度提高成人智障人士的就业率。

Guangzhou KANGZHILE service center created a series of systems of intellectual disabilities students＇ recruitment assessment, vocational rehabilitation training and training follow-up tracking, it explored a set of integration of vocational training and physical rehabilitation integration, vocational rehabilitation and support employment, short-term and long-term training service mode, and through the implementation of ＂Three-Three-Three＂ system of endowment insurance plan to obtain a degree of social security. From the service mode of Guangzhou KANGZHILE service center, this paper considered that with the support of policy, by the support of private-owned enterprises, we can provide the adult intellectual disabilities with the service mode of vocational rehabilitation training to carry out the supporting employment, which is a kind of feasible and effective way of employment, can raise the employment rate of adult intellectual disabilities.
