Based on PC, no- disk workstation and thin client in library, the electric reading room service platform brings the reader convenient, however, at the same time it took some management problem such as destroyed system and low- eftlciency. The paper built a low cost, easy management, saving power and green health electronic reading room service platform by the construction of cloud terminal system.
