本文通过构建产业结构变动MLI指数并使用异质性面板格兰杰检验和面板协整模，型实证分析1995至2009年中国产业结构变动对经济增长和能源效率的长期影响作用。实证结果表明中国产业结构变动同经济增长和能源效率分别互为格兰杰因果关系并且能够促进经济增长和能源效率的提高，表现出中国的生产要素正在向生产率和能源效率较高的产业进行转移。然而，中国地区产业结构差异依旧明显，在进行产业结构调整的同时，需要协调各省域经济增长速度及能源利用效率，以免扩大地区之间发展的不平衡。

This paper constructs industrial structural change MLI index and employs heterogeneous panel Granger test and cointegration model to empirically study the long term effect of Chinese industrial structural change on the economic growth and energy efficiency from 1995 to 2009. The results show that Chinese industrial structural change has Granger causality with economic growth and energy efficiency, respectively. The industrial structural change can promote the economic growth and energy efficiency improvement. It shows that Chinese production fac- tors are transferring to the industries with higher productivity and energy efficiency. However, Chinese regional differences in the industrial structure are still obvious. Chinese industrial structure change needs to coordinate re- gional economic growth and energy use efficiency in case it expands unbalanced development in the different re- gions~
