以北京某区6所开展武术教学学校的370名五年级学生和全体教师为研究对象,运用访谈法、实证检验法等方法,对武术教学中的"攻防"教学法进行研究。研究表明该教学方法更适合小学武术教学。武术教学中攻防教学法应根据难易程度来选择武术的组合技术,同时充分激发学生们的学习动机。

In this study, 370 students in six Wushu schools in Beijing' s Daxing were chosen as the subjects. The research methods of literature, interview, theoretical hypotheses and empirical test were used to study what kind of teaching methods are suitable for the Wushu teaching in primary schools. The reasearch indicates that this method is more suitable for primary school students. The combination of Wushu skills should be chosen according to the degree of difficulty, so as to encourage students' learning motivation.
