习近平同志指出《资本论》经受了时间和实践的检验,始终闪耀着真理的光芒。马克思主义的经济理论主要集中在《资本论》,马克思主义经济理论是关于经济社会生态协调发展的理论。生产力是人类社会发展的决定性因素,在生产力发展中不仅要协调好人与人的关系,而且还要协调好人与自然的关系。人们不仅要创造物质文明,还要创造生态文明;党的十八大提出坚持科学发展,坚持以人为本的经济社会和生态的全面协调可持续发展,生态文明建设包含在中国特色的社会主义经济、政治、文化和社会建设之中,是中国共产党在人类历史上创造出的一种符合社会主义原则的崭新的文明形态,是对马克思主义经济理论的运用和创新。

President Xi Jinping pointed out that the Das Kaptial has withstood the test of time and practices and always shines the light of truth.Marxist economic theory,mainly illustrated in Das Kaptial,is about the coordinated development of economy,society and ecology.Productivity is the decisive factor for the human society＇s development.In the development of productivity,we should not only coordinate the relationships of people,but also coordinate the relationship between man and nature.The human being should create the material civilization but also the ecological the ecological civilization.The 18th CPC National Congress put forward that China should adhere to the scientific development,the people-oriented economic society and the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the ecology.The construction of the ecological civilization,included in the economic,political,cultural and social construction with the Chinese socialism characteristics,is the Chinese Communist Party＇s new creation of civilization in the mankind history which is in line with the principles of socialism civilization and is the application and innovation of Marxist economic theory.
