伴随着知识经济的高速发展,企业人力资本成为企业的核心竞争能力,主导了整个企业的资本增值。高管作为企业人力资本的投资者之一,以产权确认和对企业剩余价值分配权的分享为主要内容的新型高管激励将成为最佳的投资回报方式。本文在新的视角下对高管激励进行了开创性研究,从高管激励含义、确权依据、分配方法设计等多个方面展开大胆的突破和积极的尝试,为高管激励的变革提供了崭新思路。

With the rapid development of knowledge economy, human capital has become the core competitiveness of enterpri- ses, dominating the appreciation of the entire corporate capital. The new type of executive incentive, in which the executives are as corporate investors in human capital and whose main contents are enterprise ownership confirmation and the right to share the surplus value, will be the best approach to get the return on investment. This article does a groundbreaking research on executive incentive from the directions of its connotation, basis of right confirmation and design of allocation method, in order to offer new ideas for the reform of executive incentive.
