在大众健身中,如何避免不恰当的运动引发的心血管风险?如何通过适当的运动改善心血管病患者的健康水平?已成为“Exerciseis Medicine”中“运动与心血管风险”领域关注的热点问题。2013年第60届美国运动医学年会发表的运动与心血管风险的相关研究,具有选题范围广泛、研究深入细致、实践应用价值大等特点。以会议交流论文为例,从心血管风险因素研究新进展和运动预防和改善心血管风险的干预效果研究新进展两方面对当前运动与心血管风险研究的现状进行总结。建议在我国进行“运动与心血管风险”的研究时从多学科、多层次探讨运动对各种心血管风险因素的影响机制;开展不同运动方式对心血管风险因素的影响效果的评价;不同人群预防改善心血管风险的有效运动负荷的研究;开发评价不同人群心血管风险的简易、敏感指标。

In the area of public recreation, some questions including the avoiding of the cardiovascular risk caused by the inappropriate exercise and the improvement of health by proper exercise in cardiovascular disease patients have become the key research points in the topic of the "Exercise is Medicine" and "Sports and Cardiovascular Risk". In the 60th annual meeting of American College of Sports Medicine held in 2013, many research findings related to the exercise and cardiovascular risks were published. The topics in these investigations are very compre- hensive; moreover, the investigations are in detail and the findings are very valuable for practice use. For exam- ple, the development of the research in cardiovascular risk factors and the protection and efficiency of exercise for promoting cardiovascular functions have been summarized by the articles in this conference. It is recommended that we should investigate the mechanisms of exercise affecting the cardiovascular risk factors in multiple disci- plines and levels. In addition, the effects of different exercise types on cardiovascular risks must be evaluated. And the effective exercise intensities for different people to improve cardiovascular functions should also be investi-gated. Finally, the simple and sensitive parameters in evaluating the cardiovascular risk factors in different people should be developed.
