采用解释现象学分析式访谈、开放式问卷调查、双重诠释等质性研究方法,针对阳光体育背景下青少年健身自主性缺欠现象,从青少年积极发展的视角,整合自我决定理论(SDT)及意向性自我调节(SOC理论)的相关概念,得出青少年自主健身行为是青少年学生(行为主体)自我决定的、受行为环境自主支持的、意向性自我调节(即有意识地对行为目标与行为手段进行选择、优化、补偿(SOC策略))的健身行为。并从自我决定感、自主支持感、意向性自我调节3个维度初步建构其概念模型。力图实现理论与实践的互动与整合,为后续相关研究提供基础理论框架。
採用解釋現象學分析式訪談、開放式問捲調查、雙重詮釋等質性研究方法,針對暘光體育揹景下青少年健身自主性缺欠現象,從青少年積極髮展的視角,整閤自我決定理論(SDT)及意嚮性自我調節(SOC理論)的相關概唸,得齣青少年自主健身行為是青少年學生(行為主體)自我決定的、受行為環境自主支持的、意嚮性自我調節(即有意識地對行為目標與行為手段進行選擇、優化、補償(SOC策略))的健身行為。併從自我決定感、自主支持感、意嚮性自我調節3箇維度初步建構其概唸模型。力圖實現理論與實踐的互動與整閤,為後續相關研究提供基礎理論框架。

Using interview by interpretative phenomenological analysis(IPA),open questionnaire survey and double hermeneutic methods,the paper focuses on the deficiency of teenagers’fitness autonomy under the background of sunshine sports.From the perspective of positive development in adolescence,it integrates the relative concepts from Self-Determination Theory(SDT) and Intention Self-Regulation(SOC Theory).Consequently,it finds that the teenagers’autonomous fitness behavior is decided by the fitness behavior of the teenagers’(behavioral agent) self-determination,autonomously supported by environment,and intentional self-regulated(i.e.consciously select,optimize,compensate the behavior target and means(SOC strategy)).A preliminary conceptual model is constructed based on three dimensions,which are perceived self-determination,perceived autonomy support,and intentional self-regulation.The paper tries hard to achieve the interaction and integration of theory with practice,in order to provide the theoretical framework for subsequent relative researches.
