针对现阶段青少年体质健康下降,科学锻炼方法缺乏等现实问题,为探寻有效的阻抗练习方法,满足青少年的锻炼需求,促进青少年体质与健康发展,研究应用文献资料法和实验法,选取18~22岁的青少年作为实验对象,以创编的系列弹力带阻抗练习为自变量,实证该练习对男、女青少年形态、机能和素质的影响效果。研究结果表明:应用健身操和动作组合的创编模式设计弹力带练习方法,可实现有氧运动与力量练习的有效融合;有氧弹性阻抗练习对身体成分的影响女性较男性明显,体现在体脂重量和体脂百分比降幅显著(p〈0.01)。该练习对男女被试的四肢肌力具有良好效果,且男性较之女性效果明显,女性左、右臂的力量在锻练后趋于平衡。该研究对丰富健身方法,促进青少年体质具有一定的作用意义。

As the physical constitution of youngsters is declining,and lack of scientific exercise methods for them have become a realistic problem.The purpose of the study is to look for new resistance exercise methods so as to meet youngsters’exercise demands of exercises for promoting their physical constitutions.In the present study,the researchers choose the youngsters aged between 18 ~ 22 as the experimental subjects.By using the experimental methods and literature review,the researchers designed the resistance exercise methods with elastic band,and investigated the effect of exercises on the body shape,function and exercise capabilities of male and female youngsters.Results showed that,the elastic band exercise method combined aerobics and movements creations,might be an integration of aerobic and strength training.The decrease of percentage of body fat and fat weight in female is more significant than that in male(p 0.01),which indicate that the effect of designed exercise method on body composition is more obvious in female than in male.The effect of the exercise method on the strength of the limbs in both male and female youngsters has significantly increased,and the effect is more obvious in male than in female.The strength of right and left arms became to a balanced state.The present study has a significant importance for increasing the exercise methods,and promoting the physical constitution of youngsters.
