人文主义注重人的自由、平等、全面发展。文章在人文主义视域下分析了美国高阶体育教师专业标准的特征。结果表明:在美国体育教师专业标准的具体实践过程中暴露出诸多违背人文主义思想的现象,譬如体育教师"小我"意识的丧失、体育教师专业培养的窄化、女性体育教师的职业发展障碍和体育教师专业地位的"边缘化"。在此基础上,结合我国体育教师职业现状,提出在人文主义视角中构建我国体育教师专业标准的策略。
人文主義註重人的自由、平等、全麵髮展。文章在人文主義視域下分析瞭美國高階體育教師專業標準的特徵。結果錶明:在美國體育教師專業標準的具體實踐過程中暴露齣諸多違揹人文主義思想的現象,譬如體育教師"小我"意識的喪失、體育教師專業培養的窄化、女性體育教師的職業髮展障礙和體育教師專業地位的"邊緣化"。在此基礎上,結閤我國體育教師職業現狀,提齣在人文主義視角中構建我國體育教師專業標準的策略。

Humanism pays attention to person's freedom,equality and all-round development.Taking the U.S.'s Advanced Standards for Physical Education Teachers under the humanistic vision for example,It turned out that: During the implementation of these standards some practices severely go against the spirits of humanity,such as the erosion of physical education teachers’individual world,the narrowed subjects of physical education teachers’ development,the obstacles confronted by female physical education teachers,and the marginal status of the professional physical education teachers.This investigation advances the strategies of the establishment of China's physical education teachers’professional development under the humanistic vision according to China's physical education teacher's professional status.
