采用文献资料、实地考察访谈、问卷调查等方法，对成都市城乡基本公共体育服务的现状进行调查与对比分析，认为成都市城乡居民对公共体育服务的需求、运行状况及满意度上存在显著差异。在分析了其差异成因的基础上提出城乡公共体育服务建设应以人为本，在促进城乡公共体育服务可持续、协调发展的基础上开展区域性与城乡统筹相结合的方法，强调以理论研究为引导，建立健全城乡统筹的公共体育服务供给制度、供给标准和评估方法来增加社会对公共体育服务的参与，通过制度建设确保农村公共体育服务内容和基础设施的建设，推进我国城乡公共体育服务均等化发展。

With the methods of documentation, field survey, interview and questionnaire, an investigation and a comparative analysis were made on the status of rural and urban public sports services in Chengdu city. It is believed that there is significant difference between urban and rural residents on the demand, practice and satisfaction for public sports services. Based on the analysis of the cause for it, it is suggested that the public sports construction take people as the foremost and promote a sustainable and coordinated development of urban and rural public sports services in combination with regional development. With the theoretical research as guide, we should increase the social participation of public sports service by establishing and improving the service supply institution, supply standards and evaluation methods for both urban and rural public sports, ensure the construction of infrastructures and services with institution construction and promote its equalized development.
