金针菇多糖具有抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、提高机体免疫力的作用。使用9周递增负荷跑台训练大鼠运动模型,分为空白对照组,运动对照组,金针菇组。运动1周、3周、9周、10周后取血,测全血白细胞(WBC),血红蛋白(Hb),收集血清检测肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)、睾酮(T)等,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测Th1、Th2转录因子T-bet和GATA-3的mRNA表达量。结果表明:金针菇能显著提高运动疲劳大鼠WBC、Hb和T,降低CK和BUN,帮助疲劳消除,促进机能恢复,具有良好的免疫调节作用。金针菇具有较好的维持T—bet和GATA-3mRNA的接近正常水平的作用,对于维持T淋巴细胞免疫平衡具有重要作用.

금침고다당구유항피로、항종류、제고궤체면역력적작용。사용9주체증부하포태훈련대서운동모형,분위공백대조조,운동대조조,금침고조。운동1주、3주、9주、10주후취혈,측전혈백세포(WBC),혈홍단백(Hb),수집혈청검측기산격매(CK)、뇨소담(BUN)、고동(T)등,응용실시형광정량PCR검측Th1、Th2전록인자T-bet화GATA-3적mRNA표체량。결과표명:금침고능현저제고운동피로대서WBC、Hb화T,강저CK화BUN,방조피로소제,촉진궤능회복,구유량호적면역조절작용。금침고구유교호적유지T—bet화GATA-3mRNA적접근정상수평적작용,대우유지T림파세포면역평형구유중요작용.
Flammuliua velutipes polysaccharides have the role of anti -fatigue, anti -tumor, enhancing the body immunity. This study uses 9 weeks treadmill training excessive exercise ratas model, which were divided into control group, movement control group, flammulina velutipes + exercise group group. The blood was collected after 1 week,3 weeks, 9 weeks, 10 weeks, measured wilole blood leukoeytes ( WBC ) , hemoglobin (Hb) , collecting serum to measure creatine kinase (CK) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and testosterone (T). Real - time quantitative PCR is used to measure the mRNA expression of Th1, Th2 transcription factor T - bet and GATA -3. The resuhs show that flammulina velutipes can significantly increased WBC, Hb and T, lower CK and BUN, help eliminate fatigue, promote functional recovery and has a good role in immune regulation. Flammulina velutipes has an important role in maintaining T - bet mRNA, GATA -3 mRNA close to normal levels and sustaine T lymphocyte immune in balance .
