目的:探讨中药方剂炙甘草汤对反复力竭运动大鼠心肌的保护作用。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分成3组:对照组(20只),运动组(20只),运动+中药组(20只)。运动组和运动+中药组进行每周6天、每天1次的力竭游泳,共2周,运动前1小时,对照组和运动组灌胃给予2.5毫升蒸馏水,运动+中药组灌胃给予炙甘草汤药液2.5毫升(生药含量为20%)。最后一次给药后,测定大鼠力竭性游泳持续时间。腹主动脉取血,分离血清测定cTnI,取心脏,测定心肌SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:1)与运动组相比,运动+中药组的游泳持续时间显著增加;2)与对照组相比,其它两组cTnI均显著性升高;与运动组相比,运动+中药组cTnI显著性降低;3)与对照组相比,运动组SOD活性显著降低;与运动组相比,运动+中药组心肌的SOD活性显著升高;4)与对照组相比,运动组MDA含量显著升高;与运动组相比,运动+中药组大鼠心肌的MDA含量显著降低。结论:炙甘草汤能显著降低反复力竭运动大鼠心肌MDA水平,增加SOD活性,显著降低血清cTnI水平,延长大鼠力竭游泳持续时间,说明本中药方剂能降低反复力竭运动对心肌的损伤,从而提高运动耐力。

목적:탐토중약방제자감초탕대반복력갈운동대서심기적보호작용。방법:Wistar웅성대서60지,수궤분성3조:대조조(20지),운동조(20지),운동+중약조(20지)。운동조화운동+중약조진행매주6천、매천1차적력갈유영,공2주,운동전1소시,대조조화운동조관위급여2.5호승증류수,운동+중약조관위급여자감초탕약액2.5호승(생약함량위20%)。최후일차급약후,측정대서력갈성유영지속시간。복주동맥취혈,분리혈청측정cTnI,취심장,측정심기SOD활성화MDA함량。결과:1)여운동조상비,운동+중약조적유영지속시간현저증가;2)여대조조상비,기타량조cTnI균현저성승고;여운동조상비,운동+중약조cTnI현저성강저;3)여대조조상비,운동조SOD활성현저강저;여운동조상비,운동+중약조심기적SOD활성현저승고;4)여대조조상비,운동조MDA함량현저승고;여운동조상비,운동+중약조대서심기적MDA함량현저강저。결론:자감초탕능현저강저반복력갈운동대서심기MDA수평,증가SOD활성,현저강저혈청cTnI수평,연장대서력갈유영지속시간,설명본중약방제능강저반복력갈운동대심기적손상,종이제고운동내력。
Objective: To investigate protective action of traditional Chinese medicine Roasted liquorice decoction on myoeardium of rats after repeated exhaustive exercise. Methods:60 male wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups: control group ( CG, n = 20) , exercise group ( EG, n = 20) , exercise and traditional Chinese medicine group ( ECMG, n = 20). EG and ECMG conducted a 2 - week exhaustive swimming exercise (6 days per week and once a day). An hour before exercise, CG and EG were given 2.5 milliliter distilled water by garage, and ECMG was given 2. 5 milliliter Zhiganeao decoction (content of crude medicine was 20% ). After the last gavage, swimming time of duration was determined. Blood was got from abdominal aorta and then serum was separated for the determination of cTnI. Hearts were got for the determination of SOD and MDA. Results:(1)Compared with EG, swimming exhaustion time of ECMG increased significantly. (2)Compared with CG, eTnI of the other two groups elevated significantly. Compared with EG, cTnl of ECMG reduced significantly. (3)Compared with CG, SOD of EG reduced significantly. Compared with EG, SOD of ECMG elevated significantly. (4)Compared with CG, MDA of EG elevated significantly. Compared with EG, MDA of ECMG reduced significantly. Conclusions : Zhiganeao decoction can significantly reduce myocardial MDA, elevate myocardial SOD, reduce serous cTnl of rats with repeated exhaustive exercise. It can prolong swimming exhaustion time. So it can improve exercise endurance by protecting myocardium by reducing damage from repeated exhaustive exercise .
