考虑生产两种产品的创业型企业，在进行生产技术选择时可以选择品种柔性技术或无柔性技术，重点研究其品种柔性技术选择及产能决策。通过分别构建品种柔性技术和无柔性技术下创业型企业的产能决策模型．得出两种技术下，创业型企业的最优产能及最大生存概率，从而研究其品种柔性技术决策，并与行业中原有企业进行对比。研究结果表明：相比于行业中原有企业，新产品市场中创业型企业更倾向于选择无柔性技术：当初始负债较大时，创业企业倾向于选择品种柔性技术；当品种柔性技术和无柔性技术的单位产能成本之差较小时，创业型企业倾向于选择品种柔性技术。

The paper considered a start-up that manufactured two products. It could invest in product flexibility technology or dedicated technology, and the paper studied the product flexibility technology decision of this start-up. After modeling the capacity investment decision of the start-up under the 2 technologies, the optimal capacity and survival probability of the start-up were obtained, and then the start-up＇s technology choice was discussed and the result was compared with an established firm. The result shows that compared to the established firm, the start-up is more likely to choose dedicated technology. Moreover, it＇s best for the start-up to choose product flexibility technology when the debt is higher and the cost difference between product flexibility technology and dedicated technology is lower.
