The content of teaching - research - production cooperation education for economic and management talents of minorities universities should be based on improving students i comprehensive qualities and professional competence. The aim is to cultivate technology applied talents. The School of Economics and Manage of Dalian Na- tionalities University has made diversified explorations and practices in curriculum system1 teaching content ~ talents training mode, teaching team cultivation and off - campus practice teaching bases etc, which will be helpful to im- prove the training quality of minority applied economic management talents.
