采用教育社会学的视角,通过对师徒互访现象分析得出:师徒互访是一种跨越时间与空间的互动仪式.师访徒是基于武技的传承和社会责任的担当,徒访师是基于对武技的认知和超越自我的实践,师徒互访构成了一种教育的期许,即以德立身、以德立言、以德立行,塑造人性,培养社会精英,服务社会.作为一种社会建构,师徒互访体现了双方的价值认同和担当意识,作为一种行业准入制度,对我们今天的武术传承,乃至学校教学均具有一定启发.

From the perspective of the educational sociology, this paper analyzed mutual visits of mentoring and found tbat it is an interactive ceremony across time and space. Mentor visits his protege in consideration of the heritage of Wushu and social responsibility. Protege visits his mentor in consideration of his preferences to Wushu and the practice of surmounting the ego. Mutual visits of mentoring constitute an educational expectation, that is, to behave by virtue, speak by virtue, and conduct by virtue in order to shape human nature, cultivate social elites, and serve to the community. As a social construction, mutual visits of mentoring embody their commune value and responsibility; As an industry access system, mutual visits of inentoring give some inspiration to the heritage of Wushu, as well as our school teaching today.
