从技术创新、知识溢出的角度实证分析了我国市场潜能的影响因素及提升路径。结果表明：技术创新、知识溢出对地区市场潜能的变化具有显著影响，其中，人力资本溢出、企业R＆D溢出和新产品价值溢出是影响地区市场潜能的主要因素；知识溢出对市场潜能的影响作用在东部地区表现最强，在中西部地区表现相对较弱；不同区域市场潜能的驱动要素存在一定的差异，东部地区的市场潜能受技术创新和投资因素的双重驱动，而中西部地区主要受投资因素的驱动。

This paper has an empirical research about the impact of technology innovation and knowledge spillover on the re- gional market potential. The result shows that technological innovation and knowledge spillover have a significant impact on regional market potential, among these influence factors, the human capital spillover, enterprise R＆D spillover and the inno- vative product spillover are the most important ones ; meanwhile, the influence of knowledge spillover on regional market po- tential is strongest in the eastern region, but relatively weak in the midwest; there are some difference about the driving force of the market potential between different region, market potential of the eastern region is driven mainly by technological in- novation and capital invest, but the central and western regions is driven mainly by the capital invest only.
