针对高等教育人才培养与企业人才供需的结构性矛盾，在总结产学研合作教育内涵与特点的基础上，提出了以学生个性多元化和企业需求多元化为核心的多元化人才培养模式SIER，并通过划分区域图给出了学校选择进行多元化人才培养的建议。
針對高等教育人纔培養與企業人纔供需的結構性矛盾，在總結產學研閤作教育內涵與特點的基礎上，提齣瞭以學生箇性多元化和企業需求多元化為覈心的多元化人纔培養模式SIER，併通過劃分區域圖給齣瞭學校選擇進行多元化人纔培養的建議。
침대고등교육인재배양여기업인재공수적결구성모순，재총결산학연합작교육내함여특점적기출상，제출료이학생개성다원화화기업수구다원화위핵심적다원화인재배양모식SIER，병통과화분구역도급출료학교선택진행다원화인재배양적건의。
This paper, in order to solve the structural contradiction between higher education＇ s talents cultivation and enter- prises＇ requirements, makes a conclusion of connotation and characteristics of the industry-university-research cooperative education, and points out pattern of diversified talents cultivation called SIER centering on the diversification of students＇ individuality and enterprises＇ requirements. At last, it maps out zone diag~rams available for universities, making suggestions on how to cultivate diversified talents.
