论述了知识型人才的内涵以及知识型人才人际关系管理的重要性,指出当前知识型人才人际关系管理存在的问题,归纳分析了问题的根源,最后提出解决企业知识型人才人际关系困境的相关对策,包括完善培训教育机制、建立沟通机制、促进参与机制、建立评价和激励机制和构建企业文化等若干建议。

This paper briefly discusses the connotation of knowledge-based talents, explains the importance of managing the interpersonal relationships of knowledge-based talents and points out the problems exiting in the current management of interpersonal relationship of knowledge-based talents. It also analyses the root of the problems and proposes some solutions and recommendations, including improving training and educational mechanism, establishing a communicational mechanism and an evaluation and incentive mechanism, promoting a participation mechanism, building up the corporate culture and so on.
