目的:探讨中西医结合康复在膝前交叉韧带重建术后本体感觉恢复中的作用.方法:将22例前交叉韧带重建术后患者随机分为中西医结合康复治疗组(11例)和对照组(11例),对照组应用普通康复训练方法,中西医结合康复治疗组应用普通康复训练方法加中医综合治疗.术后6个月进行患者双膝关节位置觉测定检查.结果:在被动角度重现测试中,中西医结合康复治疗组患侧膝的总平均偏差为4.91±1.26°,健侧膝的总平均偏差为3.32±1.45°,双侧膝关节对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).对照组的患膝总平均偏差为5.09±1.26°,健侧膝的总平均偏差为3.63 ±1.66°,患侧膝的总平均偏差显著大于健侧(P<0.01).结论:中西医结合康复治疗对前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节本体感觉的恢复有促进作用.

The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of integrative Chinese - Western rehabilitation on knee proprioception recovery after the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). 22 patients are randomly assigned to an integrative Chinese - Western rehabilitation group ( study group, n = 11 ) and a standard postoperative rehabilita- tion group ( control group, n = 11 ). All patients are exposed to standard postoperative rehabilitation while those in the study group are given Chinese comprehensive treatment additionally. Both groups are tested for their knee joint position sense (JPS) 6 months after the ACL reconstruction. In passive angle reproduction test for the study group, the total av- erage deviation from the mean is 4.91 ± 1. 26°for the ACL - reconstructed knees, and 3.32± 1.45° for the norma knees, with no significant difference between the ACL -reconstructed knees and normal knees (P 〉 0. 05 ). The total average deviation from the mean of the control group for the ACL - reconstructed knees 5.09± 1.26° is significantly higher than that for the normal knees 3.63 ± 1.66° ( P 〈 0.01 ). Obtained results suggest that integrative Chinese - Western rehabilitation is recommended for the knee proprioception recovery after ACL reconstruction.
