目的:探讨健身气功·新功法对中老年人血脂代谢的影响.方法:以48人中老年人为研究对象,按性别、年龄分为四组,每组12人:中年男子组、老年男子组、中年女子组、老年女子组,经过8个月的健身气功·新功法练习,分别测定练功前后TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C的含量.结果:老年女子组的血清TC显著低于练功前(P<0.05);老年男、女组的血清TG显著低于练功前(P< 0.05、P<0.01),中年男子组的血清HDL-C、LDL-C显著高于练功前(P<0.05),老年男、女组和中年女子组的血清HDL-C、LDL-C非常显著高于练功前(P<0.01);结论:通过8周健身气功·新功法练习后,中老年人血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平显著降低、HDL-C水平显著升高,出现HDL-C与LDL-C含量趋于良性的双向转变,能有效预防或减缓高血压、动脉硬化等心脑血管疾病的发生和发展.

목적:탐토건신기공·신공법대중노년인혈지대사적영향.방법:이48인중노년인위연구대상,안성별、년령분위사조,매조12인:중년남자조、노년남자조、중년녀자조、노년녀자조,경과8개월적건신기공·신공법연습,분별측정련공전후TC、TG、HDL-C화LDL-C적함량.결과:노년녀자조적혈청TC현저저우련공전(P<0.05);노년남、녀조적혈청TG현저저우련공전(P< 0.05、P<0.01),중년남자조적혈청HDL-C、LDL-C현저고우련공전(P<0.05),노년남、녀조화중년녀자조적혈청HDL-C、LDL-C비상현저고우련공전(P<0.01);결론:통과8주건신기공·신공법연습후,중노년인혈청TC、TG화LDL-C수평현저강저、HDL-C수평현저승고,출현HDL-C여LDL-C함량추우량성적쌍향전변,능유효예방혹감완고혈압、동맥경화등심뇌혈관질병적발생화발전.
Objective: This paper analyzes the effects of Health Qigong of new skills on the middle and old aged peopleh blood lipid metabolism. Methods: In this study, 48 middle and old aged people as the research objects were di- vided into 4 groups averagely by gender and age: middle -aged men (12persons), old men (12persons) , middle - aged women (12persons) and old women (12persons). After 8 monthsj Health Qigong of new skills exercises, These groups were measured TC, TG, HDL - C and LDL - C levels before and after exercises respectively. Results : Serum TC level of old women (12persons) group was significantly lower than that before exercises( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Serum TC level of old men (12persons) group and old women (12persons) group were significantly lower than that before exercises( P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ; Serum HDL - C level, LDL - C level of middle - aged men (12persons) group were higher signifi- candy than that before exercises( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Serum HDL- C level,LDL -C level of old men(12persons) group, old women(12persons) group and middle- aged women (12persons)group were higher significantly than that before exerci- ses(P 〈 0.01);Conclusion: serum TC level,TG level and LDL- C level reduced Significantly , HDL - C level in- creased Significantly .
